we call the solution the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS).UBOS is an advanced back-office system that, when developed and deployed, will allow customers to engage with the PTC to address all their business needs, via a multitude of channels (web, mobile app, chatbot, chat, IVR, phone, social media, etc.).We are dedicated to transforming the customer engagement businesses through innovative technology and strategic insights.Our team is composed of passionate professionals committed to excellence and continuous improvement, and our team is growing.The PTC has a need for an SAP S / 4HANA Analyst to perform many functions associated with the implement and support of UBOS.This resource will be needed throughout the UBOS program delivery phase, from design to deployment and post deployment support, plus continued enhancements.The overall engagement is anticipated to be approximately 30-months.Responsibilities :Lead workshops to gather and document requirements for new billing and revenue system to develop an Agile Product Backlog, including Service Blueprints, end-end flow, features, User Stories, Development Tasks, Test Scenarios & Scripts, and RICEFs.Lead workshops to introduce new end to end business processes for Order to Cash with new systemAct as client liaison for all development and testing of all billing user stories through development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and HypercareAct as a Subject Matter Expert for all implementation-specific processes and procedures assignedLead the testing of assigned functional systemsPerform System Integration TestingSupport User Acceptance TestingCreate user readiness documentationLead workshops for user training as assignedDesign and perform integration testing to support business process transformation from legacy systemsCreate business process documentation as requiredProvide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare phases post go-liveProvide root cause analysis and resolution for defects related to system and data issuesSupport business with billing validation analysis to ensure accurate data migration / conversionsDevelop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assignedAdhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and proceduresUtilize various software and / or technology tools to perform job dutiesPerform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTCEducation Requirements :Bachelor's degree in business management or information systemsEquivalent combination of education and / or experience may be acceptedEngagement Requirements :The Candidate shall be located within the Continental United States.There is no opportunity for Off-shore resources for this Statement of WorkSuccessfully complete ePATCH background check, and ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement startOvertime requests always need to have prior approval of Project Principal with the rightful reasons for overtimeThis position is primarily remote;
