The Programmatic Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and performance of campaigns, ensuring accuracy, client KPI attainment, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign execution from IO receipt through final billing reconciliation
- Launch, QA, and monitor programmatic campaigns to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectives
- Track pacing and performance daily to ensure full delivery and KPI attainment
- Identify and proactively communicate delivery or performance risks, along with recommended solutions
- Run and analyze reports across the Viant DSP, ad servers, and third-party measurement platforms
- Reconcile discrepancies between client-reported and platform-reported data
- Prepare performance updates and insights for internal stakeholders
- Partner with Media Strategy and Analytics teams to implement and refine optimization strategies
- Communicate regularly with Account Managers and Sales on campaign health and status
- Complete monthly billing reports and ensure revenue accuracy
Skills
- 1+ year of digital media experience required
- Strong understanding of campaign pacing, KPI optimization, and performance analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
- 1+ year of hands-on programmatic campaign execution experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Comfortable working within proprietary and custom software systems
