What You’ll Own
End-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Identifying and onboarding creators who genuinely align with brand goals
Building strong, long-term relationships with influencers and partners
Creating clear, strategic briefs that lead to high-quality content
Managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign flow with minimal supervision
Tracking performance and turning insights into better campaigns over time
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful
What Sets You Apart
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
You’ve managed campaigns before and understand what drives results
Strong communication skills and confidence working with creators and partners
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems
Ability to balance creativity with data and performance
Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
Technical Requirements
Personally owned PC or laptop capable of handling multiple tools and platforms
Reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speed
