This is a remote position. Are you a proactive relationship-builder who loves to drive growth? We’re looking for an Account Manager who can do more than just "manage" accounts—we need someone to be the face of our brand, own the client journey, and help us close new deals. You’ll be the bridge between our clients’ needs and our internal success, ensuring everyone is happy, productive, and growing. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing 1. Owning the Client Relationship       • Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio.       • Lead client onboarding, conduct monthly business reviews, and keep them updated at the 30/60/90-day marks.       • Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts (upselling). 2. Driving Sales & Growth       • Join the Pitch: Jump into live demos and intro calls to help win over new clients.       • Close the Deal: Partner with the Sales team to push leads through the funnel and handle objections.       • Lead Recovery: Reach out to "lost" leads to win them back and spark new growth. 3. Operational Oversight & Collaboration       • Hiring Coordination: Act as the bridge between your clients and the Recruitment Team. You will identify hiring needs, open new job requisitions, and conduct final-stage interviews to ensure every hire is a perfect match for your client's culture.       • Team Success & HR Liaison: Monitor staff performance and productivity using Hubstaff. While you’ll be the first to spot internal team concerns,       you will work closely with the HR Team to resolve issues and maintain a high-performing workforce.       • Creative Support: Use Canva to create polished, professional sales materials and presentations that help tell our story. What You Bring to the Table       • The Experience: 3+ years in Account Management or Business Development.       • The Tech Stack: You’re comfortable with Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Hubstaff (or very similar tools).       • The Creative Edge: You can whip up a great deck or flyer in Canva.       • The Sales Spirit: You aren't afraid to lead a demo or ask for the "close."       • The Vibe: You are proactive, decisive, and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
