**The Role**
As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Data entry and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed
* Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
**Responsibilities:**
* Participate in nationwide & local paid Focus Groups and Market Research assignments
* Show up at least 15 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participate by completing written and oral instructions
* Complete written survey provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
* Participate in online or in-person discussions as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
* Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Must have access to a reliable internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Data entry clerk or administrative assistant admin experience is not necessary but helpful
