About the position
The Product and Practice Management Consultant is responsible for several key
functions including technology consulting with our branch offices, investment
product and sales support, and department project work.
Your role and impact
Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities and the meaningful impact you'll
create as the Product and Practice Management Consultant:
Providing in-depth consulting services to our offices by determining
advisors' needs and resources and making appropriate recommendations
Familiarity with various 3rd party software solutions to support advisor's
businesses
Maintaining relationships and conducting due diligence on ONESCO's technology
vendors and resources
Providing support for advisor email systems
Assisting advisors as it relates to product selection and general case
design, with an emphasis on annuities
Conducting product training
Production review and due diligence
Assisting with development of marketing campaigns and other promotional
materials
Assisting advisors with digital marketing and social media strategies
Project work
Responsibilities

Requirements
• A bachelors degree
• Five years industry experience
• FINRA registration -- Series 6 or Series 7 (Series 24 to be obtained)
Nice-to-haves
• An intimate understanding of the broker/dealer and investment advisory industry
• Advanced knowledge of annuities, mutual funds, and other investment products
• Customer service oriented
• Highly organized; project management
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Presentation skills
