Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote Roc role at Amazon Relay Dispatch. The role involves daily coordination with carriers and drivers to ensure efficient transportation operations, managing and monitoring load assignments, and troubleshooting issues in real-time. The Roc role includes supporting process improvements, optimizing logistical workflows, and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with the team to foster strong communication, resolve service challenges, and provide an outstanding experience to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of logistics, transportation operations, or supply chain management
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with technology and software tools related to dispatch operations and load tracking
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address issues proactively
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; additional qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a bonus
