About Our Remote USA Team Our arenaflex work-from-home team is expanding, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our crew. With 40 preferred residency states, we offer flexible and remote work arrangements that cater to your needs. Please note that we're currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat - Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries - Resolving customer issues with compassion and empathy - Maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences What You Bring to the Role To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Fluency in both English and Spanish - At least 6 months of customer service experience - High school diploma or equivalent - Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office - High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) - A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) - A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in - Integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy What You Can Expect At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
