Why This Role Matters Compliance is the backbone of any transportation ecosystem, especially when children’s safety is at stake. As a Customer Support Specialist – Compliance on arenaflex’s CareDriver Compliance Team, you will act as the guardian of platform integrity. You will ensure that every CareDriver—our trusted network of vetted drivers—meets national and local regulatory standards, vehicle requirements, and community guidelines. Your work will directly protect passengers, maintain trust with school districts, and uphold arenaflex’s reputation as a responsible, forward‑thinking leader in student mobility. Key Responsibilities - Support national and local compliance initiatives by applying arenaflex’s policies, rules, and regulations across all active markets. - Monitor, audit, and evaluate CareDriver activity logs to detect any deviation from compliance standards. - Verify that CareDriver vehicles—whether owned, leased, or short‑term rentals—fulfill safety, insurance, and inspection criteria before activation. - Review driver‑submitted documentation (licenses, background checks, insurance cards) for accuracy and completeness. - Administer the platform’s driver status workflow: pause, reactivate, or deactivate CareDriver accounts based on compliance findings. - Generate and distribute regular compliance reports for major partner platforms, highlighting trends, risks, and corrective actions. - Assist with cross‑functional special projects such as safety‑driven feature rollouts, policy updates, and risk‑mitigation strategies. - Respond promptly to inbound support requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance. - Collaborate closely with Support, Operations, and Product teams to resolve complex driver inquiries and improve end‑to‑end processes. - Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including service‑level agreements (SLAs), quality scores, and decision‑making timelines. - Review deactivation decisions to ensure alignment with arenaflex’s Community Guidelines and foster consistency across the platform. - Advocate for safety by applying strong investigative skills, making data‑driven judgments on driver eligibility, and documenting outcomes in detailed written reports. - Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive account information, adhering to privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. - Educate riders, parents, and drivers on best practices, safety protocols, and the benefits of a compliant transportation ecosystem.
