Position Overview – Online Customer Service Representative (Remote) As an Online Customer Service Representative on the VUE Team, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable front line that guides policyholders through their insurance journey. This role is not a traditional call‑center job; you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored advice—all while representing arenaxflex’s standards of excellence.
