As a Director of Customer Success - PBM, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Director of Customer Success - PBM to lead our client engagement efforts across enterprise-level healthcare solutions. As a subject matter expert in PBM, you'll guide sophisticated clients through the PBM landscape with insight and clarity, supporting sales initiatives, designing impactful demos, contributing to RFPs, and aligning internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
