**Job Summary**
As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling will be essential in communicating complex data insights to stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
* Design and implement data visualization and reporting solutions to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, including ETL and ELT processes, to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architecture solutions that meet the needs of our business
* Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
* Experience with data governance policies and procedures
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related field
