The Role

As an Associate Consultant in our Consultant Development Program, you will learn about cloud software solutions and technical consulting—no coding experience needed. You will develop both technical and soft skills, build expertise in Veeva’s software, and gain insight into the life sciences industry. If you’re passionate about how technology can shape industries that affect daily life, this could be the right fit for you.
You will work on projects across Europe with a diverse team representing more than 16 nationalities, gaining exposure to a rapidly growing cloud software company supporting some of the world’s largest enterprises.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers as part of a project team
• Learn technical consulting, solution design, industry processes, and project management
• Join customer workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analyses
• Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs under guidance from Solution Architects
• Assist in building, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Create documentation to support successful implementations
• Explain solutions clearly to diverse audiences and provide subject matter expertise
• Guide customer teams on industry and technical best practices
Requirements
• Up to 2 years of post‑university work experience
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or self‑study
• Native‑level German and fluent English
• Currently living in Germany or studying at a German university
• Willingness to travel 20–30%
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage time both remotely and in person
• Interest in dynamic work environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven analytical ability
• Ability to translate business and technical concepts into solution designs
• Interest or experience using software to improve processes
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Nice to Have
• Degree or experience in biomed/biochemical engineering, MIS, software or mechanical engineering, life sciences, or related fields
• Internship or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Community or leadership involvement
• Teaching or tutoring experience
• Programming experience or familiarity with relational databases
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and/or document management systems
• Fluency in another European language (French, Italian)
