We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior People Partner to act as the primary HR architect for our Finance organization. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" administrative role; you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, coaching them through complex organizational challenges and driving a world-class employee experience.
As a key member of the People Team, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and day-to-day talent execution in a high-growth, modern insurance and services ecosystem.
Experience & Education
• Industry Expertise: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically within Insurance or Finance environments.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (Advanced degree or SHRM/HRCI certification preferred).
• Systems Knowledge: Previous experience supporting or leading HRIS implementations is highly desired.

• Cultural Advocacy: Drive an inclusive, high-performance culture across distributed and remote teams.
• Operational Excellence: Manage competing priorities, from high-level People Operations projects to ensuring seamless, timely responses to employee inquiries.
• Change Management: Proven ability to lead teams through organizational shifts and high-growth transitions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret "people data" to identify trends and inform talent strategies.
• Communication: Exceptional facilitation skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with extreme discretion.
• Hybrid/Remote Leadership: Expert at managing and engaging distributed teams across North America.
