• Work in a structured environment, adhering to posted work schedules, breaks, and lunches, while following protocols and standards of excellence
• Maintain high attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Utilize Microsoft Office to answer questions while on the phone or instant messaging, juggling multiple open computer windows with ease
• Work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment, with the ability to type 30 words per minute
• Participate in online training and interact with Managers/Supervisors via chat, comfortable working in a virtual environment
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions, with a strong ability to communicate effectively using the English language in a customer service setting
**Essential Qualifications:**
• High School degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a customer service setting
• Ability to work in a structured environment, adhering to posted work schedules and protocols
• High level of attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work
• Experience using Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to juggle multiple open computer windows
• Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (nice to have)
