Senior Organizational Development, Learning Specialist

Job Description: • Analyze business structures and processes to inform OD&L strategy and initiatives • Design and implement developmental programs and training materials tailored to business needs • Conduct targeted interviews and facilitate skill development initiatives as requested by leadership • Lead optimization initiatives through training sessions that enhance individual and team performance • Advise on departmental restructuring to align operations with evolving business goals • Promote cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental synergy • Measure the impact of interventions on performance, retention, and employee satisfaction • Provide strategic recommendations to executives and senior leaders on cost-effective solutions • Coordinate the annual engagement survey process, including action planning and communication • Oversee the Performance Management Process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives with complete autonomy • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to market development opportunities • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning strategies and programs • Partner with business leaders and People & Culture on topics such as change management, succession planning, and strategic planning • Integrate workforce analytics into learning and development programs • Optimize leadership development for long-term succession planning • Advise on cultural transformation initiatives through data-driven insights Requirements: • Ability to manage and maintain online learning platforms and creatively leverage various multimedia options for learning solutions and delivery methodologies • Experience with learning platforms, developing e-learning content, and competency modeling • Exceptional, dynamic, and engaging facilitation and consultative skills with all levels of the organization • Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis/diagnostics and develop sound learning recommendations • Strong project and program management skills • Knowledge of OD&L skills and experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Organizational Design, Talent Management, Change Management, Assessment tools, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Performance Management, Career Development, or Career Pathing • Bachelor's degree in a related area, and a master’s degree is preferred • Knowledge or certification in instructional design is a plus Benefits: • Remote-First Culture – Flexibility to work from home in your country of hire • Inclusive, Collaborative Culture– Be seen, heard, and valued • “Leave Your Way” PTO– Take the time you need, when you need it • 401(k) with Generous Employer Match– Invest in your future • Comprehensive Benefits– Medical, dental, vision, & mental health • Global Tuition and Gym Reimbursement– Learn and be well on us • Standby Flight Program– Explore the world
