Position Summary
This is a temporary position (6 months) to support the launch of the World’s English Test and help grow TOEFL iBT® across Southern and Western Europe.
Primary Responsibilities
In the context of the launch of World’s English Test, you will promote TOEFL tests and preparation tools to agents, language schools, and higher education institutions. You will engage with partners and students through calls, emails, meetings, and events, building new opportunities and strengthening our presence in your assigned territory.
Drive Growth
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using internal tools and new lead generation
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies
Engage & Communicate
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, meetings, and visits
- Present TOEFL solutions clearly to partners, institutions, and students
Represent the Brand
- Attend fairs, university visits, and marketing events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders
Collaborate
- Work closely with regional and global teams to align on strategy
- Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing and other departments

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, education consulting, or account management
- Experience working with educational institutions, agents, or international programs is a plus
- Proven ability to manage outreach, build relationships, and work toward targets
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish

- The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
