We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team on a part-time basis, working evenings and Saturdays.

**Job Summary**
As a part-time evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling outbound calls, responding to inbound calls, and resolving customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure that customer feedback is captured and acted upon, and that our clients' needs are met. This is an eight-week contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle outbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner
* Respond to inbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner
* Effectively and professionally resolve shareholder concerns
* Update database in an accurate and timely manner after each call
* Keep up to date on Campaign specifics
* Meet all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct
* May be assigned to handle 'Toplist' inbound & outbound calling (contacting shareholders with large investments)
* Escalate complaints and issues to Supervisor when necessary
* Keep the management team informed of customer feedback
* May be assigned to assist with quality (monitor and pull calls, etc.) as a 'peer monitor'
* May be assigned to handle routine administrative tasks for operations, training or quality
* May be assigned to respond via email or telephone, to inquiries received via email or internet
* May be assigned to handle "compliance' or 'escalated' inquiries
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6 months+ experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, or a related field
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Ability to follow a script word for word for 6-8 hours/day
* Internet speed requirements include 50 download and 10 upload
* Ability to take or place a high volume of calls per day (goal is to handle 30 calls/hour using an auto dialer or call flow)
* Ability to leave voicemails as part of the calling process (on average, the team leaves 11,000 voicemails per day)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Familiarity with auto dialers or call flow systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with database software

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
