Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New Health Partners is an expanding insurance school focused on developing and maintaining state-aligned pre-licensing and continuing education courses. They are hiring a Regulatory Content Auditor & Curriculum QA Lead to ensure the accuracy and regulatory alignment of course content while contributing to content updates and new course development using modern authoring platforms.
Responsibilities
• Greenlight course content for release by auditing lessons, scripts, slides, study materials, and assessments for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Ensure alignment with state-specific pre-licensing and CE requirements, including required topics/elements, assessment expectations, and refresh cycles; manage state-by-state variations when needed
• Identify and correct compliance risks (e.g., misrepresentation, unsupported claims, prohibited wording, missing disclosures, outdated definitions/rules)
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to resolve findings efficiently and preserve instructional intent
• Review quizzes/exams for alignment to objectives and compliance, appropriate difficulty, and clean answer rationales
• Maintain approval records, version control, and change logs to support audits and ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to standardized checklists, templates, and style guidance that improve consistency and speed across the content pipeline
• Support content creation and revisions directly: writing and editing sections as needed using approved tools and platforms
• Build SOPs to train expanding team
• Identify and produce "spin-off" content from core content (Crams, study guides)
Skills
• 2+ years in insurance compliance, regulatory review, insurance education, QA/audit, curriculum review, or a closely related role
• Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals (Life/Health, P&C, or both) with the ability to spot inaccuracies quickly
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a precise, learner-friendly style
• Highly organized and detail-driven; able to manage multiple courses, states, and deadlines
• Experience with pre-licensing and/or CE course development, course approval processes, or multi-state content maintenance
• Licensed agent is a big plus
• Familiarity with LMS environments and education content formats (scripts, slides, quizzes; SCORM a plus)
• Comfort working in modern content tooling (collaborative docs, project trackers, and AI-enabled authoring/editing platforms) with strong human QA standards
• Insurance license and/or industry designation (nice to have)
