Manage rent collection, budgets, and financial reporting for properties. Market vacant units and screen prospective tenants. Negotiate lease agreements and ensure adherence to terms. Ensure properties comply with all legal and safety regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Maximize property value and profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in property management. Strong understanding of real estate principles and market dynamics. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
