The Lead Business Analyst – SailPoint Integration & IAM Support is responsible for engaging and leading the design, testing, and management of SailPoint identity governance solutions while driving business analysis, process optimization, and compliance efforts. This role collaborates with technical teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, streamline IAM workflows, build and test solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on SailPoint integrations and security best practices. Responsibilities 1. SailPoint Implementation & Support - Engagement in the design, testing, deployment, and management of SailPoint identity governance and administration solutions. - Analyze business processes to enhance security and efficiency within identity and access management (IAM) workflows. - Gather and document business requirements, collaborate with architects to translate into technical specifications, build and validate test use cases, and document and deploy solutions.   2. IAM Project Management - Oversee IAM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Engage in the development of project plans, management of timelines, and coordination of tasks with cross-functional teams. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.   3. Business Analysis & Process Optimization - Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in identity governance and access management processes. - Develop and present business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to support decision-making. - Recommend best practices for secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity management processes.   4. Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on IAM project goals and requirements. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and provide updates to stakeholders. - Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.   5. Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure SailPoint implementations and IAM projects comply with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST). - Support risk assessments related to privileged access, identity lifecycle management, and authentication processes.   6. Reporting & Documentation - Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and documentation to track project performance, identity governance metrics, and compliance status. - Maintain detailed records of business requirements, process flows, and technical configurations.   7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Stay up to date with advancements in identity governance, SailPoint integrations, and security best practices. - Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within IAM and SailPoint environments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on identity and access management or cybersecurity projects. - Experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions. - Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects. - Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and requirements gathering. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Physical Work Environment and Requirements: - This role may require periodic on-call support or after-hours work based on operational needs. - Flexible working arrangements may be available. - Some travel may be required.
