Interior Designer | Hospitality Interior Design Location: Based in the United States (Remote Working Style) Travel: Project site travel as needed We’re hiring on behalf of our client, an internationally recognized creative design firm known for delivering immersive, story-driven environments across hospitality, entertainment, and retail. Their portfolio includes iconic destinations for brands such as The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, and Hard Rock, along with award-winning casinos, restaurants, hotels, and experiential venues around the world. This is a remote-first role with the opportunity to travel to exciting project sites and see your work come to life in dynamic environments. What You’ll Do • Lead and contribute to end-to-end interior design for hospitality, restaurant, hotel, and retail environments • Develop concepts, mood boards, and presentations that translate creative vision into compelling experiences • Select and specify FF&E, materials, finishes, lighting, color palettes, and custom elements • Produce and coordinate Revit drawings and design documentation • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design integrity through execution • Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders • Travel to project sites for coordination, installation support, and client engagement when needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university • 8+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or retail design experience • Strong design theory knowledge with an eye for both creativity and practical detailing • Experience with hospitality materials, construction methods, and FF&E specifications • Proficiency in Revit (required) • Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp skills (preferred) • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment • Experience coordinating with consultants and reviewing drawings • Strong communication and presentation skills • Hand sketching or drawing ability (a plus) • NCIDQ, AIA, LEED, or similar credentials (preferred but not required) • Willingness to travel as projects require This role is ideal for a designer who wants more than production work; you’ll help shape environments that create memorable guest experiences and emotional connections.
