We’re now looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people and wants to play a major role in driving our next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This role is focused on outbound sales and lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to homeowners and real estate investors who may benefit from our property management services.
You’ll generate and qualify opportunities, book appointments, and help guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process.

Compensation
We offer a 50% base / 50% performance structure with uncapped commission.
Compensation includes:
• Competitive base salary
• Commission on new clients signed
• Bonuses tied to appointments and deal flow
• Uncapped earnings potential
• Strong performers can earn $60k–$80k+ annually
What You'll Do
Outbound Prospecting
Make outbound calls to homeowners and real estate investors
Introduce HomeHop’s property management services
Identify homeowners interested in short-term rental opportunities
Lead Qualification
Ask discovery questions to understand the property and owner's goals
Identify properties that fit our STR model
Qualify leads before handing them to senior leadership
Appointment Setting
Schedule calls between qualified prospects and our leadership team
Ensure appointments are confirmed and prepared
CRM & Pipeline Management
Log conversations and notes in our CRM
Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress
Maintain organized pipeline records
Prospect Nurturing
Send follow-up emails and materials
Continue conversations with interested prospects
Stay top-of-mind with potential clients
Sales Growth (Future Opportunity)
As the role develops, you may begin:

• Make 80–120 calls per day
• Set 8–12 qualified appointments per week
