We are an international iGaming company looking for an experienced HR Manager to launch and support a new Call Center team in Pakistan.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building the team from scratch, managing recruitment, and handling daily HR operations as the main HR point of contact for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire a team of 6–8 Call Center Agents
Manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
Support daily HR operations, including attendance, probation tracking, employee records, and offboarding
Act as the first HR contact for the local team
Support employee relations, performance follow-up, and retention
Help implement HR processes and maintain documentation in line with company standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
Strong experience hiring frontline staff, ideally in call center, BPO, support, or sales environments
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Urdu
Additional regional languages such as Punjabi or Pashto are a plus
