**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-3 years of experience in a call center customer service environment
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace at home
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
