**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to grow their financial well-being. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique circumstances. Whether it's helping a customer open a new account, providing expert advice on investment options, or simply answering a question, you'll be the face of arenaflex and a trusted advisor to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their unique circumstances
* Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
* Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Basic Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
