**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

* **Reporting Prescription Errors**: Report prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhere to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.
* **Handling Telephone Calls**: Handle telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
* **Processing Manual Claims**: Process (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Assisting with Inventory Management**: Assist and support Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals.
* **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
* **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
* **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
* **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
* **Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance**: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **PTCB Certification**: Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
