Responsibilities
- Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans and prevent progression to late stage
- Assess customer circumstances and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Escalate complex cases to Senior Account Specialists or Supervisors
Skills
- 1–2 years of collections, customer service, or financial services experience
- An understanding of lines of credit and how billing cycles work
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage customer concerns, settle disputes, and resolve customer discrepancies
- Willingness and desire to learn from the best in the industry and apply learnings to support customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Ability to work in a quiet, private place in your home without background noise
- Must be hardwired to your home modem using the provided ethernet cable
- Ability to meet the minimum work-from-home requirements (including hi-speed internet in your home with minimum 50 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload speeds)
- Flexibility and willingness to work rotational shifts based on business needs and special circumstances
- Strong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines
