Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction and tutoring services to students in a variety of settings, including in-center, online, and hybrid delivery models.
- Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians through positive interactions, progress updates, and program promotions.
- Become proficient in our digital educational materials and processes to ensure seamless delivery of our Mathnasium Method®.
- Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with team members to deliver the best possible experience for our students.
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework to ensure understanding and progress.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment that fosters student success.
- Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for math and a strong desire to help students achieve success.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong math competency through Pre-Calculus, demonstrated through our math literacy test.
- The ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and be trained in our Mathnasium Method® and digital educational materials.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring math, particularly in a center-based or online environment.
- A degree in mathematics, education, or a related field.
- Experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
