**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Manage data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, including processing prescriptions, patient information, and other relevant data
* Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and prescription data
* Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage patient data
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
* Familiarity with pharmacy systems and data entry software a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment
* 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English a plus
