**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the daily production of two teams, providing coaching to individual associates, and helping to solve complex issues. You'll also be responsible for tracking attendance, identifying process gaps, and making recommendations to improve efficiency. This is a remote opportunity that requires regular and consistent attendance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Direct a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations
* Manage the quality of service provided by the teams
* Manage daily service levels and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Provide coaching to individual associates to improve performance and address complex issues
* Identify process gaps and make recommendations to improve efficiency
* Track attendance and inform the manager of trends
* Provide weekly reports and end-of-month scorecards to agents
* Perform managerial responsibilities in the manager's absence
* Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs, and expenses
* Additional duties as required
* Write yearly reviews for associates
* Work Service Now tickets in a timely manner
**Knowledge & Skills**
* Solid knowledge in the FNOL processing of WC claims from start to finish
* Solid knowledge in Liability claims
* Exceptional skill in systems: CareMC, SharePoint tools, Service Now
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Clear understanding of KPI's for Claims
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Education/Experience**
* Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years college preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a leadership role working in a Call Center
* Experience in a management or supervisory role is a plus
* Being flexible to flex schedule if business needs change
* Solid Microsoft skills
**Pay Range**
arenaflex uses a market-based approach to pay, and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during the interview process, taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range, and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
**Pay Range:** $16.36 - $26.31 per hour
