**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, assisting customers with their orders and accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work remotely to drive sales, promote products, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Our Customer Service Specialists are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who can provide a personalized and engaging experience for every customer.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues, answering questions, and offering solutions
* Drive sales and promote products by offering additional products and services to customers
* Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
* Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
* Ability to work a set schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
* Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
* Ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour
