About the Role
In this 100% remote, full-time position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, resolving queries, and addressing concerns via phone, chat, and email. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, landlords, and leasing companies. You will also be responsible for updating our customer contact software application, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contacting landlords and leasing companies to confirm rental payments and verify customer information
- Utilizing our customer contact software application to update customer records and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Providing product knowledge and support to customers, helping them navigate our services and maximize their benefits
Required Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Gmail, Google Drive (Docs), and other applications
- Superior customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
- Comfort with in and outbound phone calls, using chat, and email to communicate with customers and internal teams

Compensation and Benefits
