AVP, Commercial Performance – Franchise

Job Description: • Sitting on leadership of both franchise and commercial teams • Leading a team of driven professionals who have experience in driving top-line results via influence and collaboration • Driving projects and initiatives that will have an impact across the business • Helping to ideate the future of Hyatt’s franchise business model and programming • Proactively identify and address opportunities within the portfolio • Develop and implement commercial plans to improve share and revenue for hotels • Conduct ad hoc consultations and follow up with assessments and action plans • Provide in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to address hotel performance, opportunities, diagnose major problems, and identify & act on solutions • Define and supervise key metrics for the success and health of the portfolio • Adaptability to shifting priorities and championing change in the work environment when appropriate Requirements: • 7-10 years in with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise category • Experience in limited/select service spaces • Functional experience in a subset of sales, marketing, revenue management, digital • Bachelor's degree preferred • Team leadership • Proven track record of driving results in a heavily matrixed environment Benefits: • Annual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt hotels globally • Flexible work schedule • Work-life benefits including wellbeing initiatives such as a complimentary Headspace subscription, and a discount at the on-site fitness center • A global family assistance policy with paid time off following the birth or adoption of a child as well as financial assistance for adoption • Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match
