Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell

Essential Qualifications
