Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted leader in the outdoor living industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems * Enter orders into our system for billing and delivery * Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples * Coordinate delivery schedules with our dispatch team * Retrieve needed information for our credit department * Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable * Set up new customers for our sales force * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email * Run credit card and check approvals * Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file all customer records * Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders * Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as needed **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience in a related field * Detailed-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills * Good basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner * Experience with a multi-line phone system and ability to handle high-volume calls * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard * Bending and some lifting may be required * Extensive writing and phone use are necessary for this role * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **What arenaflex Offers You** * Highly competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and disability coverage * Group retirement savings program and health and wellness initiatives * Diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a rapidly growing industry **About arenaflex Culture** arenaflex is a company that values its employees and recognizes the importance of a positive and inclusive work environment.
