As a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences. **Job Description** As a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our guests through live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
