**The Role**
As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they had a great experience and kindly request that they share their feedback through an online review. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with customers to:
* Receive daily customer information via a Google Sheet
* Use our OpenPhone system (training provided) to add customers as contacts
* Call and text customers to check in on their experience, making sure they feel heard and appreciated
* Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star review
