We're committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **The Role** As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they had a great experience and kindly request that they share their feedback through an online review. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.
