Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Communication - Answer inbound phone calls and emails from AYD participants, providing clear, concise information about program guidelines and services. - Schedule approved household waste pickups, confirming dates, times, and any special handling instructions. - Maintain a professional, courteous tone on the phone and in written correspondence, reflecting arenaflex’s brand standards. - Validate customer understanding of service details, ensuring no missed steps or miscommunications.
