**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
* Resolving customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
**What We're Looking For:**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
* Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Proficiency in computer applications and software
* High-speed internet connection (greater than 40mbps)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a remote customer service environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
