**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
* Providing information on in-force products to Agents, Policyholders, and Employees
* Communicating contract language in terms that callers will understand
* Resolving a wide variety of problems with customers
* Providing clear and concise information on problems
* Maintaining a log of incoming calls from customers and field personnel
* Following through to ensure that problems and requests are handled satisfactorily
* Following up on telephone inquiries
* Communicating with Policyholders and Agents on policy changes
* Completing specific projects relating to policies
* Assisting other departments in handling customer service problems
* Understanding the process for address and correspondent changes
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a high-volume service environment
* High School Diploma, or equivalent; Relevant Associates Degree highly preferred
* Must have knowledge of Group Administration, Individual Administration, and be familiar with basic claim processing
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
* Excellent telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer complaints and problems in a timely and courteous manner
* Ability to work remotely near Philadelphia, with occasional on-site work required
