**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Cloud Representative, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth for arenaflex. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their cloud computing requirements. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to speed up their cloud process
* Build a robust AWS leads database by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat
* Educate clients at the beginning of their cloud journey, moving them from warm or low interest to active interest; training to thought
* Support leads with personalized messaging to increase client understanding of AWS services and differentiators with significant client use cases
* Through sustain efforts, create higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
* Participate in a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better client experience
**Essential Capabilities**
* Four-year degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, computer science)
* 4+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Capabilities**
* AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Partner
* Technical background in design, software engineering, or MIS
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: identify and recognize potential opportunities for clients
* Proven ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-growth environment with shifting needs
* Capacity to manage uncertainty and ambiguity
