We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused CSR/Enrollment Specialist to support program applicants through the enrollment and eligibility process. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive accurate information, timely support, and seamless progression through required steps. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging regularly with customers in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Receive, assess, and screen applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate proactively with clients to collect missing documentation or information.
• Validate and calculate income, determine eligibility, and manage case referrals.
• Engage daily with program participants to support their continued success.
• Educate clients on basic program requirements, services, and eligibility criteria.
• Partner with clients to establish goals and maintain program compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Education & Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training Details
• Duration: 30 days
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
• Attendance Requirement:
o Candidates may not have any prescheduled appointments during training.
o Missed time may result in termination.
• Camera Required: Agents must be on camera for all training sessions.

Equipment Requirements
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position.
Candidates must meet all Work at Home Technical Requirements and have a functioning camera.
