We empower retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies with innovative technology to enhance their operations, optimize decision-making, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.  Job Description: About the role   - Drive execution of short-, mid-, and long-term strategic initiatives across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success. - Define and track team KPIs/OKRs aligned to business goals. - Prioritize and track key initiatives — maintain dashboards, scorecards, and status reports. - Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews — prepare agendas, track actions, and follow-ups. - Partner with cross-functional leaders to remove blockers, drive accountability, and ensure timely delivery. - Provide analytical support and build business cases for new projects and investments. - Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the GM to ensure focus on top priorities.   About you   - 8 or more years of experience in program/project management, strategy, or business operations. - Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills; able to build metrics dashboards and models. - Structured thinker with strong organizational and prioritization skills. - Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
