Hi. I work for a small non-profit and I'm documenting our data flows from lead to purchase. It's not too complex. We use Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, bit.ly, and Sprout Social. I'm doing the flow chart in SmartDraw, and I was hoping someone could review what I am doing and suggest additional detail. For example, how a "prospect" in Pardot becomes a "lead" in Salesforce. I'm aware of that, but I need to data flow to reflect system changes like that, in addition to the stages (i.e. capture/channel to known person to contact to opportunity, etc.). I need to make sure I have the right terms and that the data flow that I'm working on is accurate to what happens within and between marketing systems. I'm posting this on Sunday 3/29 - I'm hoping to do a lot of this in the next 1-3 days. I have a lot of experience hiring on Upwork.
