Responsibilities
- Performs duties that are administrative in nature
- Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others
- Amends policies per agent requests in accordance with authority level
- Researches agent requests
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday
- Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior insurance industry experience
- Prior Guidewire experience
