**Job Summary**
As a Licensed Telesales and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for making sales calls, including follow-up calls to prospective customers, handling inbound sales and customer service calls, and learning and complying with Federal and State legal requirements and standards. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and career.
**Responsibilities**
* Making sales calls, including follow-up calls to prospective customers (no cold calls)
* Handling inbound sales and customer service calls that are routine and typically follow standard procedures
* Learning and complying with Federal and State legal requirements and standards
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good organizational skills
**Requirements**
* Have an active Life Insurance license in your resident state
* High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Having 2 years of customer service, sales, insurance industry, or call center experience
* Comfortable working on a computer, including working with email and CRM systems
* High-speed, hardwired internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in your home
* Being willing to relinquish any other appointments. Exclusive appointments with arenaflex are required for this opportunity

**Work Environment**

**Compensation**
The hourly pay for this position is between $15.18 and $18.55 per hour, depending on your location and relevant work experience. You will also be eligible for a monthly sales incentive with no chargebacks, and if you are bilingual in Spanish, you can earn additional base hourly pay.
