Role Overview: Associate Manager, Customer Experience The Associate Manager will report to the DashPass and VIP Experience Lead and will own the strategic planning and execution of industry‑leading initiatives for our premium DashPass subscribers and our most active, loyal customers. You will be responsible for translating high‑level strategy into actionable plans, tracking core success metrics, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.
