This role translates strategic direction defined by the Chief Product Officer into actionable roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable outcomes. The Vice President of Product Management leads the product organization, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and performance across all product lines, including alignment with long-term platform and technical strategy.    What You'll Do    - Lead execution of the product strategy by translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps across the product portfolio - Drive alignment and delivery across Product, Engineering, and Architecture to ensure high-quality, timely releases - Oversee and continuously improve product management operations, including intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Product Directors and Product Managers, establishing consistent standards and best practices - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and other teams to align product capabilities with go-to-market efforts and customer needs - Incorporate customer, market, and competitive insights into prioritization and product direction - Establish and monitor product performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement - Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders   What We're Looking For    - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of product strategy and roadmap - Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions impacting business operations and product direction - Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and financial drivers - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels - Experience prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources to meet business objectives - Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills Work Environment  This is a full-time, salaried position with the expectation of a minimum 8-hour workday during standard business hours.
