Verizon Customer Representative Responsibilities:
• Directly engage customers with products and plans from Verizon Communications Inc. while assisting with sales, upgrades, and account needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust, loyalty, and helps meet individual and team goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer accounts, sales activity, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the team at SPN Partners and Verizon, participate in marketing events, and represent both organizations professionally
As a Verizon Customer Representative, you’ll represent Verizon Communications Inc. wireless services, helping customers choose plans, upgrades, and devices that keep them connected. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development while building skills that support long-term career growth.
Verizon Customer Representative Key Duties:
• Engage customers with products, promotions, and plans while assisting with sales and account needs
• Deliver exceptional service that builds trust, loyalty, and supports team sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records for customer accounts and sales activity
